Rich Hubli: Rich joined Mott's in January, 2000 as the Vice President of Materials and Supplier Development with accountability for the procurement of all the direct materials.At the end of 2000, Rich took on additional responsibility as VP Materials & Supply Chain Planning with responsibility for forecasting, the sales and operations planning process, production and inventory planning, distribution and logistics, and contract manufacturing.While with Mott's, Rich participated in building the acquisition case for Adams, and following the purchase, led development of the NA distribution and C2C strategy for the newly formed NA confectionary business.

At present, Rich is leading the CSAB supply chain planning function with regional responsibility (US, Canada, Mexico) for production planning, managing the S&OP process, maintaining the "produce-to-plan" master data, and providing accurate performance metrics for the supply chain.
