Samuel Hsu, Regional Manager - Talent Acquisition, joined HeadStart in September 2002 and specialised in the Information Technology & Telecommunications industry.

He joined the executive search industry in 2000 as a Consultant with an established U.K search firm, focusing on the IT/Telco industry.Armed with industrial knowledge, he successfully completed several retained assignments for major MNCs in Singapore.

Samuel started his career as a Systems Engineer with an established telecommunications service provider and was the systems owner of a call-centre housing more than 250 agents.

Samuel has a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore, majoring in Computer and Information Sciences.

Samuel Hsu, Regional Manager, Talent Acquisition, Asia Pacific, has been with HeadStart Solutions since 2002 and oversees the identification and placement of candidates throughout the Asia Pacific region.Samuel also specializes in the information technology and telecommunications industry.Amongst his successful placements are senior management and key functional positions for various leading MNCs in these sectors.Samuel has also assisted new IT and Telco players in the Asia Pacific market build up their core management team to drive their expansion plans.

Samuel entered the executive search industry in 2000 with an established UK based search firm where he focused on the IT and Telco industries.In addition to successfully completing several retained assignments for major MNCs, he was also responsible for business development initiatives, servicing of existing key accounts and providing industry-specific inputs.Amongst his successful placements were senior and middle management roles in China, Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Samuel started his career as a Systems Engineer with a large Singapore-based telecommunication service provider tasked with functional and operational duties.Then he also had responsibility for overseeing project management for critical IT initiatives undertaken by the company and its clients.
