Rita Hsu, who has recently joined PCCW from Chase Manhattan Card Company, has been appointed Managing Director, Consumer Group.Both Lee and Hsu will report to William Cheung, PCCW's Group Chief Operating Officer, who has also assumed the role of Managing Director, PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited.
