    David Hsieh: What we've done is to look at telepresence as yet another form of communication that is managed under our unified communications architecture and product line. Our telepresence product is based on a significant amount of unified communications technology and fits seamlessly into the spectrum of communication options that we offer.

    VoIP News: As an increasing number of companies begin to offer telepresence solutions, how does Cisco plan to secure the greatest market share?

    David Hsieh: Ultimately, it's going to come down to three key factors.
