"Everyone in the area has made us feel very welcome and we look forward to making Arkansas our new home," K-Tops owner Charles Hsieh, who owns the company with his wife, Nancy, said in a statement.

The new K-Tops plant will be located at the former 225,000-square-foot BMX plant that shut down in April 2004.
