Carol has been employed by the Medina County Board of MRDD since 1973.As Transportation supervisor, she is responsible for maintaining the agency's fleet of buses and vans and insuring that these vehicles meet bus inspection regulations.Carol is responsible for training and scheduling transportation staff, preparing bus routes and coordinating the transportation needs of approximately 425 individuals who receive services from the Board of MRDD.She accomplishes this task not only with the agency's own vehicles, but by utilizing the services of Medina County Transit and various area cab companies.

Carol has served on several committees, including: Transit, Evaluation, Labor Management, Technology and Admissions.

In her spare time, Carol breeds and shows Australian Shepherds and Labrador Retrievers.
