Flo Hoxie is a licensed esthetician, having graduated with honors from the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN.She received extensive training in Florida, California and Texas for permanent makeup, areola restoration, scar camouflage and advanced color theory.

Flo uses a very special technique to apply permanent makeup that is so gentle, many of her clients fall asleep during the procedure.Because of her keen artistic ability and the beautiful results she achieves, much of her business comes as a result of referrals from clients -- clients who often become good friends.She receives many referrals from plastic surgeons, including two women who came from Canada (a 6-hour drive each way) for treatment.She has applied beautiful color to lawyers, therapists, Vikings cheerleaders, senior citizens (80 years young!) and an internationally famous musician.
