Tim Howlett is president of CDI and is largely responsible for all operations, including tendering.Tim has been active in the drilling industry though out the Americas, Africa and Europe for over 20 years.He has hands on experience running many types of drills and dealing with many types of conditions.He has managed deep hole drilling and developed proprietary directional techniques.
