Brian Howard - Principal Management Consultant

Brian is an experienced management consultant who worked as a senior manager in the NHS for over 20 years.He worked initially as a personnel manager before becoming a community services manager and this was followed by spells as a general manager in acute services and deputy unit chief executive in a community trust.

He also has experience as commissioning lead and head of contracting at two health authorities as well as holding the post of general manager of a multi-fund and chief executive of a primary care group.

As well as cost improvement, Brian has experience in service redesign and change management.He has diplomas in personnel management and health services management and an MBA from Essex University.
