Lisa Horvitz, SMMs. Horvitz joined NICHQ in 2001 and currently serves as Senior Engineering Manager.She has worked as Project Manager and Improvement Advisor on numerous NICHQ projects.Lisa received a Master of Science degree from the department of Health and Social Behavior at the Harvard School of Public Health.Before joining NICHQ, she worked in quality measurement, health services and public health research.She also has a background in publishing trade and consumer journals.
