Lisa HorvitzThroughout her life, Lisa Horvitz has been a sounding board for both family and friends, who have known her to be an inspiration in navigating the "labyrinth of life's challenges".As a professional Life Coach, Lisa combines her intuitive listening skills with enthusiasm and compassion, providing guidance and support to clients.

Lisa believes it is essential to integrate the mind, body and spirit in order to reach our true potential."When we are in touch with our authentic self and begin to make life choices from the heart, we will feel truly connected to ourselves, to others, and to the world."Life Empowerment Coaching has allowed her to connect-the-dots of her own life, and to discover her purpose and mission while guiding others to do the same.

Lisa has enhanced her coaching skills by completing courses in the field of alternative health and healing, specifically Energy Medicine and Tantra.Through Self-Awareness and Sensuality Coaching, she gently guides clients to become aware of their own passion by exploring, experiencing and integrating all of their senses.Lisa is currently developing a Sensuality Workshop series, an experiential exploration of the natural connection between self-awareness and the five senses.

To create balance in her own life, Lisa maintains a holistic lifestyle, with a focus on wellness and preventative medicine.She integrates exercise with her knowledge of nutrition and passion for creative cooking.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Adelphi University in New York . She is a Certified Empowerment Coach, and received her coaching certificate from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching.Lisa is currently a member of ICF, the International Coach Federation.She also serves on the Board of Directors of Living Light Kids, Inc., a non-profit child advocacy organization.
