Mr. Horvitz is the board president of the Sarah Center, an Over-the-Rhine nonprofit, and is a member of the Over-the-Rhine Community Council.He wrote for and helped publish the Over-the-Rhine View, a grassroots community paper, and he served on the Quality of Life Committee for the recently completed Over-the-Rhine Master Plan.He also worked for the Neighborhood Development Corporations Association of Cincinnati and authored its 20th-anniversary book, Common Ground, Changing Ground: The Challenge of Community.
