Deborah Horvitz is a Marketing Communications Consultant.She has a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Elementary Education, and a Masters in Education and Early Childhood.She has served as a teacher, headed a non-profit organization that worked with Durham Public Schools, began "STARS!," a mini-Head Start for rising kindergarteners who were at risk, and has been the Director of Graduate Studies at Meredith College.
