David Horvitz
Chairman of WLD Enterprises, Inc., a private investment firm, Mr. Horvitz has been active in civic and philanthropic endeavors for many years.
Together with General H. Norman Schwarzkopf and Paul Newman, Mr. Horvitz was one of the Founders of The Boggy Creek Gang Camp, a year-round camping facility for children with life-threatening diseases and chronic illnesses, later serving as its President and Chairman of the Board from 1998-2001.

Mr. Horvitz is Chairman of the Board of Hole in the Wall Camps, an umbrella organization of ten existing camps and several in development that are associated with Paul Newman's Hole In The Wall Gang Camp.

Mr. Horvitz also serves on the board of the Kresge Foundation.
With $4 billion in assets, the Kresge Foundation is one of this country's foremost philanthropic organizations.
He chairs its investment committee.
In South Florida, Mr. Horvitz is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ft. Lauderdale Museum of Art, the Community Foundation of Broward County, and the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Broward County.
He has been the Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Jewish Community Foundation and sits on its Board of Directors.
He is a member of the Broward Workshop, a member of the Alexis DeToqueville Society of the United Way of Broward County, and the Board of Directors of the Miami Jewish Home and Hospital at Douglas Gardens.
From 1989 until 2007 he was a Trustee of Kenyon College.
From 1999 to 2002 he chaired "Claiming Our Place," Kenyon's comprehensive capital campaign that raised $118 million for the college.
From 2002 through 2005 he was the Chair of its Board of Trustees.
Mr. Horvitz is a graduate of Kenyon College and The University of Florida College of Law.
