DAVID S. HORVITZ Dave concentrates his practice in the areas of secured lending, commercial loan documentation, corporate and real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions.

Working with lenders and borrowers, Dave provides advice and representation in a wide variety of finance transactions. He routinely represents commercial lenders in the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial loan documentation in the areas of asset based lending, secured lending and corporate and real estate finance. He has also represented clients with regard to acquisition and working capital loan transactions, commercial real estate and construction financings.

Dave has a diverse range of experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, public and private sale of debt and equity securities, senior and subordinated debt financing, secured transactions, shareholder matters, and product sales and distribution networking.

Mr. Horvitz received his law degree in 1981 from Duquesne University School of Law where he was a member of the Duquesne Law Review.He holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science and speech from the University of Pittsburgh.Mr. Horvitz is a member of the Corporation, Banking and Business Law Sections of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.He is also a member of the American Bar Associations Commercial Finance Committee and its Loan Documentation and Secured Lending Subcommittees.
