Crescent Appoints Greg Holliday As Regional Director Of Security
FORT WORTH, TX, August 13, 2003-Crescent Real Estate Equities Company (NYSE: CEI) today announced that Greg Holliday has joined the company as regional director of security for the Dallas Region, effective August 4, 2003.
Mr. Holliday will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing safety and security programs as well as safety systems and operations within the Dallas Region.

Mr. Holliday served as assistant chief of police for the Dallas Police Department from November of 1988 until January of 2002 and has over 30 years of experience in law enforcement.While at the Dallas Police Department, he served as the special projects coordinator and was responsible for implementing projects and programs such as the new police headquarters building and the new citizen volunteer programs, as well as increasing the number of officers assigned to respond to 911 calls.Mr. Holliday also served as the department liaison to the private security industry, television and motion picture industry and the hotel/motel association.
Mr. Holliday will oversee security at 39 properties in Crescent's Dallas region, located throughout five states.
