"That's what originally attracted me to it, because I had so much exposure as a child," Hollenbeck said.

She is originally from South Dakota and came to Greenville after working as an optometrist in Coldwater, Ind. Hollenbeck has an undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University and earned her doctorate in 2001 at Ferris State University.

Van Til said the patients will miss Shrader's presence, but said he's glad to have the business in the hands of Dibble and Hollenbeck.

"The patients will definitely miss him," she said.
