Nancy Holland, President of On Course Coaching, is an Executive Coach and a graduate of Corporate Coach University International.Holland holds the certification of Coach Facilitator and Trainer from CCUI for the Coaching Clinic, holds an undergraduate degree in Education and 25 years of sales, management and project director experience in Fortune 500 companies.Holland is also a Certified Board Facilitator for The Alternative Board, TAB Carolinas . As a TAB Facilitator, Nancy works with privately held businesses by facilitating board meetings and holding private coaching sessions.Her community involvement is with the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, Fundraising for Habit for Humanity's Women Build Initiative, Volunteer for the Gateway Village YMCA, Selection Committee Member for the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur Of the Year Award, Volunteer Coach for the Queens University MBA Program, Member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Member of NAWBO, Charter Member and former President of the first women's Sertoma International (Service to Mankind) Club in South Carolina and is an active participant in four area Chamber of Commerce Councils.She is also a member of the International Coach Federation and abides by their code of ethics in her business.Nancy has a grown son living in Spartanburg, SC, lives in Historic Fourth Ward, has no pets and loves sailing, hiking, reading and talking about business issues.

Nancy Holland is a graduate of Corporate Coach University International, a member of the International Coach Federation and holds the certification of Coach Facilitator and Trainer from Corporate Coach University International.Nancy is also affiliated with The Alternative Board holding the certification of TAB Board Facililtator.In this role she facilitates board of directors meetings for privately held companies and conducts individual coaching sessions with the owners/presidents.Nancy has an undergraduate degree in Education and 25 years of sales, management and project director experience with Fortune 500 companies.
