Holland is an associate in the Business Law Group of Sedgwick's New York office.Her practice focuses on the representation of domestic and foreign insurers in the litigation and negotiation of complex coverage disputes arising out of financial institution bonds and directors and officers liability policies.Ms Holland also provides coverage analysis and advice to clients with regard to various directors' and officers' liability claims in the context of class action and securities litigation.
