John Holland - Managing Director - Background in technical engineeringJohn Holland, Managing Director, joined Metflex in 1987 and has a background in technical and engineering before being appointed to his current role.He has an an NVQ Level 5 in Operational Management.His specialism is developing unique tooling, parts and processes for the manufacture of rubber parts.His passion is technical problem solving.When he is not solving problems for clients, John is solving D.I.Y. problems around his house and grappling with his golf handicap.

John Holland, of Metflex, which is based at Great Harwood, Lancashire, said: "Despite the tricky process we can greatly reduce assembly costs and operations by combining components into a part rather than have two or three separate components."
