   John Holland co-founded Holland Realty, which has nearly 200 agents and is one of the largest residential real estate firms in Idaho.He will co-manage Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group Treasure Valley with Larry Laraway, whose Boise-based Aspen Realty in 2007 was acquired by Tomlinson Northwest, a business unit of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group.Holland, who has been in the business 30 years, said the merger creates a firm with "a powerful position and global marketing muscle in a region that is increasingly being discovered by those who are interested in moving to a place where quality of life is a priority."Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group, founded 70 years ago in Spokane, said it is the third largest brokerage in the Northwest and is a leader in markets including Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint, McCall and Lewiston in Idaho and Tri-Cities and Moses Lake in Washington.Officials said they liked Holland Realty's leadership, service, and marketing strength in segments including new construction.Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Northwest President Fred Meyer, who is based in north Idaho, said the merger gives Holland Realty agents an international marketing presence, additional marketing tools including Web-based systems, and national branding.
