An increase in regional demand for the services of Holko Enercon Inc., Fowler, is driving further renovation of existing facilities and equipment upgrades this year to better service customers, says Vince Holko, president. The company, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, specializes in the design and installation of high-performance flat roofing systems.
To accommodate the company's continued growth last year, a new warehouse facility was built in conjunction with an expansion and renovation of the existing office space, Holko reports."Sales remained unusually strong late into the winter season, making the outlook for further growth in 2002 very optimistic," he says.
Notable projects last year include the re-roofing of the Mahoning County Annex building in Youngstown and the roofing contract for the expansion and renovation project under way at Maplewood Local Schools in Trumbull County.
