Curtis Holdsworth represents clients in all phases of complex litigation, with emphasis on business litigation and employment disputes in a variety of industries, including real estate, banking and lending, professional services, and retail.

Mr. Holdsworth's career began at the preeminent entertainment law firm of Greenberg Glusker, where he specialized in complex business litigation.Before forming Holdsworth & Hagopian, he was a partner at Smith, Ellison & Harraka where he handled several complex business litigation and employment cases.

Throughout his career, Mr. Holdsworth has handled a variety of complex business litigation matters and employment disputes, in which he:

Prosecuted and defended complex cases involving unfair business practices, fraud, breach of contract, alter-ego claims, business torts, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith claims on behalf of several Fortune 500 companies Represented management in a variety of employment disputes involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination in violation of public policy, and failure to accommodate disabilities Managed numerous cases on behalf of national lenders and private investment companies involving private and judicial foreclosures, fraud, breach of contract, and claims for declaratory relief Defended corporations in several high profile cases in federal and state courts, including the litigation of complex choice of law and jurisdictional issues

Mr. Holdsworth received his B.A. degree in Economics in 1991, from the University of California, Los Angeles.He received his J.D. degree in 1994 from the University of Southern California, where he served as an Editor of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program.

Mr. Holdsworth is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California.He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
