Al Hodge is a founding principal of Broderick Group, dating to its inception in 1997, after beginning his real estate career in 1983 with Coldwell Banker Commercial.
At Coldwell Banker, Al achieved the highest sales designation of senior vice president.
Al has been involved in numerous real estate transactions, including over 1,500 leases that have helped shape the Eastside, most notably the sale of three separate Spacelab Medical Properties to Microsoft and several of the largest Eastside leases: Boston Scientific/Heart Technology (130,000 square feet) and Spacelabs Medical relocation of 220,000 square feet.
Al most recently assisted Agilent Technologies in selling its 250,000 square-foot building on a 130-acre campus.
He also assisted Nintendo of America, selling 29 acres of excess property and negotiating a 150,000 square-foot warehouse production lease in Kirkland, as well as securing multiple sales offices including New York City and San Francisco.
Al graduated from the University of Washington and currently lives in Clyde Hill with his wife, Kris, and their two children.
