  Aaron Hobbs, the manager of HISD's Delmar Motor Pool, ran the command post that helped coordinate buses during the trip to New Orleans.
  
  Aaron Hobbs, the manager of transportation at HISD's Delmar Motor Pool who ran the command post in Houston for the effort, admitted that it was "sometimes difficult" to keep track of district employees at so many different locations, but "they stayed in high spirits," he said, "and we kept in touch with personal cell phones and the Nextel phones provided by the district."
