Robert is focused on the leadership and strategy of the product development team.He is a senior IT professional with over 18 years experience in consulting, specializing in the areas of call center operations, distribution, IT infrastructure, start-up efforts, strategic and operational planning, and regionalization of global data centers.Prior to JMsolutions, Robert held leadership roles at Citicorp-Latino, Volvo Aero, Banner Aerospace, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and most recently, QEP Co.

Robert received his bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Miami.
