    Alisha is currently a student member of WCM and is active in supporting women in finance.At Merrill, she organized a forum for female analysts to discuss their careers and was on the Analyst Advisory Panel.In her first year at Rotman, she was an executive member of the Finance Association and facilitated a trading simulation game for the 2003 SheBiz conference, a day-long event designed to help young women in grades 10 and 11 explore the diverse and exciting opportunities available in business.In her second year, as an executive member of Rotman's Women in Management Association, she will Co-Chair the 2004 SheBiz conference.This summer Alisha is an intern with BMO Nesbitt Burns in the Equity Derivative Products Group.
