Mary Hill has thirteen years of experience in the managed behavioral health/substance abuse and employee assistance fields.She has experience in assisting employers with job performance problems, employee substance abuse, fitness for duty and threat of violence issues, traumatic incident response and trainings.Ms. Hill has a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and a B.A. in Psychology and Personnel Administration from the University of Kansas.She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas.She also is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.Mary has been with ValueOptions since November, 1998.
In her role at ValueOptions, Mary is primarily responsible for supporting the company and the Texas Service Center in the delivery of EAP and ancillary services, with a focus on assisting employers in addressing issues that impact employee health and performance on the job.
