Gav is a good all-round sportsman who has plays school rugby, has played football for Richmond Town and is a member of Richmond Hockey Club and Richmond Cricket club.Gav has a lot of natural talent and in his first couple of years at school was consistently top try-scorer.He is a strong runner and has enjoyed playing full-back where he is reliable at taking up-and-unders and excitingly prefers to run as opposed to kick from hand.He spends a lot of time shooting and, and on leaving Richmond School hopes to go to Askham Bryan college to study countryside management.
