Chris has been with VMWP since 2002.He produced construction documents for the low-income Nueva Vista project in Santa Cruz, Eastmont Court housing for disabled in Oakland and Valencia Gardens affordable housing S.F., amongst others.Chris provided construction verification on these projects, Carter Terrace and other mixed-use developments in Fremont, Antioch and Pittsburg.

Chris became the documentation controller for the firm's first LEED certification submittal; Dominican Sisters, San Rafael 2005.He is currently project architect for the conversion to market-rate apartments of historic Richardson Hall at the U.C. Laguna redevelopment.Prior experience includes commercial interiors, loft conversion of industrial buildings in Emeryville and later high-end residential remodels during the bay area dot-com era.
A native of England, Chris also worked in Hong Kong - notably on a design for the "Gee's Club" in Shanghai, an opulent downtown multistory leisure facility.He received his B.A. in Architecture from U.C. Berkeley and recently submitted an entry to the Flight '93 memorial competition.
