  Carla High began her career teaching secondary sciences in the Oklahoma City area.She is currently serving as the Special Programs Manager for Francis Tuttle Technology Center.She has served as the Project Director for CREATE Partnership in Oklahoma City and continues to work with sending school districts and business partners to develop more effective partnerships.
  
  As Special Programs Manager, she is responsible for the supervision of the Project HOPE Drop-Out Recovery Program, the TOP Welfare-to-Work Program, and the Academic Center at Francis Tuttle.She is also currently developing the new Pre-Engineering Academy to be located at the Bruce Gray Center of Francis Tuttle in 2003.
  
  Ms. High holds a bachelor's degree in secondary science from Oklahoma State University and a master's degree in education administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
