After an impressive 47 year career in the construction industry, Tom Higgins, former Construction Director of Essex developer City & Country Construction, has recently retired. Having joined the company in January 1991, Tom was appointed Construction Director in 1993 and over the years he was instrumental in the growth and success of City & Country Construction.

Replacing Tom, City & Country Construction is delighted to announce that Peter Heath, the company's former Project Manager has been promoted to Construction Director.
