Tim Higgins is a retired Navy fighter pilot and resident of historic downtown Melbourne.After his Navy service, he received a Masters degree with a specialty in Not-for-Profit organizations.He has been a consultant to NPOs for over 10 years.Other than as a duck in a non-speaking role at age 8, Tim has just one other stage appearance.Tim was a butler in a now long forgotten play.His one line, Dinner is served, caused such severe stage fright, he left home, joined the Navy and did not returned to the theater community for 45 years.Tim, his wife Fran and wonder dog Cookie live in their restored 1893 riverfront cottage on the Indian River Lagoon.
