Paul Higgins

PAUL HIGGINS, Director and PresidentUniversity of Toronto 1979-1982Paul Higgins served as President of the BC Lions between 1979-1982, though he joined the organization through the Board of Directors in 1977.Higgins has had a long time involvement in amateur sports as a player, coach, and executive.A native of Ontario, he is a graduate of the University of Toronto, and a Chartered Accountant.
