Paul joined the force in 2006.Paul graduated from the University of Leeds in 1989, Harper Adams College in 1991, gained an MBA in 2003 and is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA).Paul has worked in IT management for 15 years.He has been IT Manager for an international scientific research institute, Head of IT for a City investment bank, Head of IT for a national law firm and an IT and management consultant.
