  Pat is currently on a 6 month secondment for 2 days per week (July 2007).

  Pat was a senior civil servant with the Isle of Man Government in the Department of Health with responsibility for Primary and Family Health Services until 1998 when she returned to the UK.She was then appointed as Director of Operations at the Countess of Chester Hospital until joining the Merseyside & Cheshire Cancer Network as Director in November 2002.
  
  Key responsibilities of this role are the development and implementation of strategies to improve cancer services across Merseyside & Cheshire.Prior to joining as Director she was involved in the Cancer Network business having chaired the Network Manager's Forum .
  
  With her youngest daughter now at University studying Music in Leeds, Pat and her husband Kevin live in Ness in the Wirral.They both enjoy traveling, eating out and their ever growing number of grandchildren - 9 to date!
