"One year ago today, we officially opened our doors for business, taking our first inbound call in our ACCENT Lake County Contact Center," said John Higgins, ACCENT General Manager."We've grown to 330 employees and now we have a fully operational state-of-the-art contact center," added Higgins.
ACCENT's Lake County Contact Center is 30,600 square feet of newly renovated office space equipped with advanced technologies to handle the thousands of inbound calls received daily from customers of Fortune 1000 companies that outsource their call centers to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) outsourcing firms, like ACCENT.
