Alex Higgins - Marching Band Assistant

Mr. Higgins graduated in December of 2005 with B.A in Music Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.While at West Chester, he marched in the ,Incomparable, Golden Rams Marching Band.He also participated in many major ensembles at West Chester including the University Chorale, Men,s Chorus, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, and Statesmen Jazz Ensemble.Also during his time at West Chester Mr. Higgins was a member of the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps, where he was marched trumpet and was also drum major.

After graduation he taught general music in an elementary school in Delaware.Mr. Higgins, other teaching experience includes the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps, the Reading Buccaneers Drum and Bugle Corps, the Upper Darby High School Marching Royals, and the North Penn Marching Knights who are the reigning Group 6 Open Champions in USSBA for the past 9 years.Mr. Higgins also enjoys staying active by playing a multitude of sports, and cooking.
