Rich Higbee, VP of Training & ; DevelopmentRich Higbee, VP of Training & DevelopmentRichard Higbee comes to Life Force International with over 9 years of experience in sales training.Specializing in health and nutrition, Richard has a vast knowledge about the human body and natural forms of healing.While at Brigham Young University, Richard studied pre-medicine and graduated with a degree in Psychology.He believes that optimum health comes from emotional as well as physical wellbeing.

While working as a trainer for a company in the computer industry, Richard decided that he wanted to empower human relationships.Shortly thereafter, he accepted a position as Regional Sales Trainer for a large supplement company, Nature's Sunshine Products.With his background in health, nutrition, training and psychology, Richard felt at home.No other industry focuses so much on human potential and building relationships.

While at Nature's Sunshine, Richard handled all sales and product training in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.He also helped develop training programs that were tested and implemented company wide.He played a key role in organizing major training events for national conventions, leadership conferences and regional meetings.

Richard joined with Life Force International in 1997 as Director of Training and Events.Recently he was appointed Vice President of Training and Development.He believes that our products and business opportunity are the best in the industry.Companies like this are one in a million, says Richard.

Richard Higbee plays an essential role as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.As Vice President of Training and Development for Life Force International , Richard was responsible for all sales , marketing , training and communication materials and special events that helped annual sales grow from $ 3 million to $ 30 million.Prior to Life Force , Richard worked as the Regional Sales Trainer for Nature's Sunshine Products where sales increased by $ 20MM in his region ( including Texas , Louisiana , Alabama , Oklahoma , Mississippi and Tennessee ) .During his tenure as Regional Sales Manage for , Vinca Corporation , Richard developed business relationships with computer Resellers and Fortune 500 companies throughout the Western States and represented the company at major trade shows and conventions.Finally , as sales Manager for U.S. Water Specialties , Richard managed and trained sales representatives , developed training programs and marketing materials.Richard holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
