Paul Higbee

In South Dakota, Paul Higbee is best known for regular features and a column in South Dakota Magazine, and in 2004 he wrote an Emmy Award winning TV series, Dakota Pathways, for South Dakota Public Broadcasting.Outside the state his work regularly appears in American Profile Magazine, Midwest Living, Nebraska Living, Minneapolis Star Tribune and the University of Notre Dame's continuing education magazine.

Paul holds a Masters Degree in communication arts from Notre Dame, and has been an instructor in writing conferences around the nation.Higbee has published two books and was South Dakota Author of the Year for 2000.He also won the Governor's History Award in 2002.Paul is teaching the writing portion of Royal Tine Image's Complete Process Editorial Wildlife Workshop.

Paul will be the primary instructor for the classroom section of our Complete Process / Editorial nature and Wildlife - Writing and Selling It workshop.
