The preface is created by Mr. Franz Hiesl, Deputy Head of Upper Austria Province Government, Mr. Willi Vieböck, Bishop Curate of the Linz Diocese, and Mr. Andreas Girzikovsky, Psychologist and Theologian and Head of the Counselling Authority on Sects of the Linz Diocese, who is responsible also for the editorial arrangement of the CD produced in March 2002 in Linz.

The Deputy Governor of Upper Austria, Franz Hiesl, said it was "outrageous" that families were being turned away.

Before an audience of roughly 300, Franz Hiesl, Deputy Governor of the Province of Upper Austria, Mayor of Engerwitzdorf Johann Schimböck, Helmut Leopold, Head of Platform and Technology Management at Telekom Austria and Marc Miletich, Founder and Managing Director Sonovista presented the coveted trophies to the winners of this year's video film competition.
