After completion of a 3 year training programme and business studies in Germany and France, Lothar Hiese started his career in 1983 at Continental AG in France.During 4 years he was product- and PR-manager for the Continental brand in France.

In 1990 he joined Maier+Pistor, an internationally operating shop fitting group in Germany.Joining initially as head of controlling/IT he later on also took over the function of director of sales.After successfully restructuring the company it finally was sold to the Aichinger Group.

From 1995 to 1997 Lothar Hiese was director of retail and director of finance & admin. with Bally Germany/Austria, managing successfully a critical turnaround phase of this market region.

In 1997 he joined Jil Sander AG as head of retailing being responsible for major international expansion projects such as flagship store Milan/Italy.

Before co-founding Management Support Partners he was managing partner of a start-up offering B2B (ASP-) services in the field of controlling/ accounting.
