David Allen Hiersekorn's practice is devoted to helping people achieve their dreams in their personal and professional lives through estate planning, asset protection and business planning.A military veteran, author, lawyer, husband and father, David is the founder of the Hiersekorn Law Firm in Orange County, California.

He graduated first in his class at Trinity Law School and was presented with the Dean's Award, which recognizes the student who made the greatest overall contribution to the school and the student body.While in law school, David was awarded the West Publishing Award, and the Trinity Scholar Award for Logic and Advocacy.He served as an editor of the Trinity Law Review and as captain of the school's moot court team.David also served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Justice William F. Rylaarsdam at the Fourth District Court of Appeals, where he researched and drafted opinions on a variety of legal issues.

Prior to his legal career, David served eight years in the United States Marine Corps.He served in a variety of capacities, achieving distinction in each.As a military journalist, David was awarded the prestigious Thomas Jefferson Award in 1992.The following year, David sought reassignment to a special ops unit and was ordered into Mogadishu, Somalia, immediately following the Black Hawk Down incident.While serving in Somalia, David received several awards, including the United Nations Medal.David returned to serve as an official spokesman for Marine Corps Air Station El Toro and as a member of the planning committee for the El Toro Air Show.

David and his wife Susan live in Yorba Linda with their twin sons, Jacob and Dylan, while David enjoys regular visitation with his nine-year-old son Joshua.
