As director of e-business, Mr. Hidzick is responsible for spearheading Silterra's IT and internet-based supply chain strategy.He will coordinate development and implementation activities among Silterra's operations and IT groups and with software suppliers.

Prior to joining Silterra, Mr. Hidzick served as manager of business operations and systems for Chartered Semiconductor, were he was responsible for managing a local IT staff of two networks systems and one Oracle system administrator.Additonaly, he led the U.S. networking team, which maintained the telecom and data infrastructure for Milpitas, Calif. and remote offices.Mr. Hidzick also held several managerial and technical positions at AMD and Chartered Semiconductor.He earned his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois and his MBA with a concentration in Manufacturing Management from San Jose State University.
