Bruce J. HidyPPD

Bruce J. Hidy is the associate director of research and development at the Richmond bioanalytical laboratory of PPD, Inc.He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the R&D department by providing managerial and technical support to staff.

Bruce has been with PPD since 1989, and has held a variety of scientific positions.Prior to working for PPD, Bruce worked at Battelle Memorial Institute as a principle research scientist.Rand has also co-authored numerous publications on LC/MS in drug development and is a frequent presenter at industry meetings and events.

Bruce received his bachelor's degree in chemistry from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
