John J. Hildreth, P.E. is President and Founder of Engineered Framing Systems, Inc.Mr. Hildreth has over 20 years of experience in the design, construction and project management of structural systems for a variety of real estate use.In 1991, Mr. Hildreth founded separate companies to perform design and fabrication/construction services for the real estate development industry.These companies were combined as EFS in 1999.Mr. Hildreth founded EFS to provide turnkey structural design-build services to the real estate community."The balance between strong engineering capabilities and offsite product development assures quality control with an earlier project delivery", states Mr. Hildreth."This combination of engineering, fabrication and reduced project schedule is the balance the real estate market needs and is looking for in today's completed project."
Prior to EFS, Mr. Hildreth was a Project Engineer and Foundation Engineer for Clark Construction (formerly George Hyman Construction).He was responsible for the design, pre-construction and construction management/scheduling for various types of large real estate development along the Eastern Seaboard.He was responsible for the design and pre-construction evaluation for structural systems for such prestigious projects as the Johns Hopkins Hospital Ambulatory Care Facility in Baltimore Md.; the Ballpark at Camden Yards foundation design; the Suffolk County Correction Facility in Boston, Mass.; the Techworld Convention Center in Washington, D.C., and the Warner Theatre Facade renovation, also in Washington, D.C.
He received his Bachelor's of Civil Engineering in 1983 from The Catholic University of America.Upon graduation, he received a fellowship from Westinghouse to continue his studies at CUA and received his Masters in Structural Engineering in 1985.

Mr. Hildreth was also the winner of the AISC National Competition, "Expressions in Steel".
He holds a Professional Engineering License in the states of Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Washington, D.C.
He is also a member of ASCE, NSPE, Steel Framing Alliance, AWS, PCI, and ACI.
Mr. Hildreth resides in Ellicott City, Md., with his wife and seven children.He is an active member of his community.He and his wife Noelle are members of the John Carroll Society for the Archdiocese of Baltimore.In addition, Mr. Hildreth coaches a national travel college level baseball team during the summer.
