Mr. Hicks has over twenty-years of IT and Management Consulting experience - strategic planning, ERP systems design and implementation (SAP, Oracle.JD Edwards, Lawson), performance management and enterprise portal application design and deployment.Bill has worked within a cross-section of industries including: mid-marketing manufacturing/distribution, retail, health care, life sciences and state & local government.

Prior to joining PPT Consulting in January 2008, Bill worked for Safeguard Scientifics as President of Lever8 Consulting and Senior Vice President for Alliance Consulting.In addition, Bill was a partner within Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting practice responsible for the development and management of the Central PA and Maryland consulting practices.

Bill received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University and attended Johns Hopkins University's Master of Administrative Science graduate program.He is active in the business community leadership and is a past board member of the Central Pennsylvania Technology Council.Bill is a frequent speaker on various topics including Performance Management, ERP Systems Selections and Implementations, and IT Strategy and Systems Deployment.
