Wilfred was born in Dunnville, graduated high school and went to Buffalo to work in 1929 at Dunlop Tire, returned to Dunnville, married and worked at the Dominion Fabrics…later he and Eleanor moved to Hamilton, and then to Woodstock where he worked for the Oxford Cattle Breeders.In 1982 they moved to Fort Erie to be close to family….Wilfred's passions in life where his family, golfing and woodworking.He has been a member of the Fort Erie Golf Club since 1982 and was made a lifetime member by Larry Gibson recently…he rarely missed a day at the golf course in the summer and walking at the Leisure Plex in the winter…He was the proud recipient of four Hole in One Trophies at the Fort Erie Golf Club.
