Walter F. (Tracy) Hicks, III, P.E.

Walter F. (Tracy) Hicks, III, P.E. graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.He has been with Wisenbaker, Fix, and Associates (a subsidiary of KSA Engineers, Inc.) since graduation, and was named Division Manager of the Tyler office in 1993.Mr. Hicks is also one of KSA's seven Principals.His nineteen years of consulting engineering experience emphasizes municipal water, wastewater, and solid waste systems.

Specifically, Mr. Hicks specializes in facilities planning for wastewater treatment facilities; design of water supply, pumping, and distribution systems; wastewater treatment, pumping, and collection systems; landfill design; and street and drainage structure design.
