Rebekah Hicks

Rebekah joined Regeneris in September 2005. She holds a first class degree in Geography from the University of Nottingham and is currently studying for an MSc in Urban Regeneration from Sheffield Hallam University. She has a wide range of experience of regeneration action planning and strategy development, consultation and socio-economic data analysis, and in her time with Regeneris has worked on a number of regional studies including the North West Worklessness Study and ERDF Operational Programme (2007-2013) for the Northwest Development Agency.

Rebekah has amassed significant experience relating to both organisational review and the design and impact of quality public realm. She was closely involved in Bradford's £24m Big Lottery Fund Living Landmarks bid to create a new City Park as well as its subsequent City Centre Public Realm Strategy and World Mile feasibility study.

She joined Regeneris from Keynote Housing Group in Coventry, where she gained experience of developing and delivering community economic development and housing-led regeneration.

In her spare time, Rebekah is a keen power-kiter and enjoys escaping to the coast and browsing art galleries.
